Need to track your CD order?

If you ordered ScriptAssist™ via CD, and used UPS for your shipping method, you can track your package. You will need either the order number you were sent when you ordered ScriptAssist™ or the email address that you used when you made the purchase.

ScriptAssist™, LLC will not sell, rent, lend or give away your e-mail address to anyone for any reason. We believe in our customers' right to privacy. Our customer records are not for sale or trade and we will not disclose our customer data to any third party except as may be required by law. Any information that you provide in the course of interacting with our order, sales or technical support departments is held in the strictest confidence. This includes your contact information, e-mail address, phone number as well as any other data that you supply in the course of an interaction.

Registration/Authorization - Upgrades

You must register/authorize your software either directly via the internet or by telephone to activate it. All licenses include 2 (two) installations on computer(s) of your choice but registration/authorization is valid for only one end user. By registering, you allow us to confirm your eligibility for FREE upgrades as well as other special offers that we may make to our customers from time to time.

Sales Policies

ScriptAssist™ is available directly from this web site as well as through many retail stores, major resellers and catalogs. Please note: Product Upgrades, multiple licenses and special discounts are only available directly from ScriptAssist™, LLC.

Terms of Sale

ScriptAssist™ is offered subject to the terms of the particular license agreement included and all sales are final. We offer a functional Demonstartion Version on this web site which you may use to evaluate the function of ScriptAssist™ and the suitability of ScriptAssist™ for your needs before purchase. If you order ScriptAssist™ for download, you will be sent Product Keys via e-mail once your order is processed. These Product Keys can be used to register/authorize your copy of ScriptAssist™ with your particular computer system (s). If you order ScriptAssist™ for shipment, your package will include a CD-ROM, User Guide and registration/authorization information. Please note the following important stipulation for online delivery Electronic Software Downloads (ESD): Since your purchase confirmation and Product Keys are only provided in electronic format, you should print or otherwise safely archive a copy of the e-mail you will receive with theProduct Keys after your order has been processed. This will serve as your proof of purchase and eligibility for tech support, future upgrades and special offers. Help is always available from our web site: www.scriptassist.com.

Security

GeoTrust Secure SiteScriptAssist™ is a certified GeoTrust Secure Site. Our online order forms contain a link that you can use to verify our server's security, should you so desire. ScriptAssist™, LLC uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all information you submit to us. For encryption to take place you must be using a security-enabled browser. Even if the information you send us should be intercepted, SSL-encrypted information is extremely difficult to read by anyone other than the intended receiver.

Order Processing

If you order ScriptAssist™ for shipment, your order will normally be shipped within 2 (two) business days. For your protection and ours, each incoming order is reviewed by a member of our sales department staff before processing. This usually occurs within one business day of receipt of the incoming order. (Nights (U.S. Eastern time), weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate.)

Shipping Charges and Information

Shipping is paid by the customer and method is at customer's preference.
We can ship via:

  • UPS
  • U.S.P.S.
  • U.S. Priority Mail
  • Global Priority Mail
  • or another method with prior approval.

Track Your Shipment

If you ordered ScriptAssist™ via CD, and you requested UPS, then you can look up, and track your order. You should only do this at least two days after your order has been placed with ScriptAssist™. Contact UPS if you are having problems with a tracked shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Duties and VAT

The shipping fees cover only shipping and handling. Any VAT and duty costs are charged at the discretion of the importing country and are the responsibility of the customer. Also, we are not responsible for delays due to customs and/or bad weather.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following methods of payment. Please note that to place an online order from our web site: www.scriptassist.com, you must use a credit card.

We accept:

  • MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
  • Company or personal checks. All checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank payable in U.S. dollars.
  • Money orders payable in U.S. Dollars.
  • We will accept Purchase Orders with NET 30 terms which are placed by Dunn & Bradstreet -rated U.S. Businesses, as well as U.S. Educational Institutions and Government Agencies (State or Federal). All purchase orders must be submitted via fax or postal mail, using the approved form appropriate for your company or organization. We cannot accept purchase orders placed via e-mail or by telephone. Orders placed with a purchase order must be shipped via a carrier with tracking capabilities. For information on any issues not described above, please contact our Sales Department.

Cancellation Policy

If you placed an order in error or not longer wish to purchase ScriptAssist™, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment provided your order is returned unopened in the original box. (See specific instructions below.) We are sorry but we cannot offer refunds for Electronic Software Downloads (ESD) from our web site. ScriptAssist™, LLC cannot be responsible for any problems arising due to use with computers or systems and browsers that do not meet our minimum system requirements.

Damaged Merchandise Policy, Merchandise Returns

In the event of damaged or nonfunctional merchandise, ScriptAssist™, LLC will replace the merchandise free of charge, including shipping charges if any, within 30 days. Within 30 days of purchase, ScriptAssist™, LLC will accept the return or exchange of any product purchased directly from ScriptAssist™, LLC. ScriptAssist™, LLC cannot process returns for products purchased from another source. Indirect orders of products must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source. To return a product purchased from ScriptAssist™, LLC within the last 30 days:

Gather the following information:

  • - the order number
  • - your name
  • - your address
  • - the Product Keys
  • - the reason for the return

Call 1-800-975-9637 and provide the above information.

The Customer Service Representative will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and a return address. Include the RMA number in the address as follows:

Note: Without the RMA number, the package may be lost or misrouted resulting in a delay in your refund.

Ship the package using a carrier that has a reliable tracking system. ScriptAssist™, LLC is not responsible for products lost during return shipments. You have 30 days from the date the RMA was issued to return your full product to ScriptAssist™, LLC. RMAs remaining in the ScriptAssist™, LLC System past the 30-day limit will be cancelled.

NOTE: ScriptAssist™, LLC recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to ScriptAssist™, LLC or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
